On paper, these principles seem pretty clear, but in practice they are still an issue and a challenge. How to translate these into development actions? In Western Uganda, Iles de Paix has chosen to framedraw its intervention on two complimentary methodologic approaches: the “Integrated Farmer Plan” (IFP)) and “Participatory Research-Action” (PRA)).
